The Newbie Guide to Internet affiliate marketing - Traffic and Trust Review

A couple weeks ago, Nick Reese sent me a copy of his “soon to become published” e-book called Traffic and Trust. He'd mentioned having read my stuff over the years and just how much he liked it and asserted he’d like to get my estimation on the book:

“After more than 9 months the ebook is finally ended and finished. I needed to shoot a duplicate your way and find out if it got the “Sugarrae Stamp of Approval.” The ebook is attached.

I really worked to make it completely different compared to spammy get rich-quick shit the thing is everywhere. I think if more affiliates just checked out commercial intent we’d see a lot more success stories. This book includes tips like that.”

FML.

I get these requests a great deal. But I like Nick. He actually knows his shit. And that i know for a fact which kind of affiliate sales he’s had the opportunity to generate. So I felt obligated to do it. Despite the fact that I didn’t have high hopes. Frequently these info goods are bullshit. But, I told him I’d get it done. Also it went into my “to do” pile. Where it stayed.

Then yesterday I posted (swear to god) without ever having looked at his book that I had to discontinue my “creating a distinct segment affiliate site” series because of the project being compromised. I felt really bad about the number of folks I knew trying to enter affiliate marketing that were using it like a “intro” to the creating their first affiliate site.

Then last night, I discovered an a contact from Nick right before I headed to bed asking how I’d liked the e-book (because it was the night time before the launch date).

Damn it. I hadn’t even checked out it. And so i told Sean I needed serious amounts of go through it. I’d told Nick weeks before I'd only mention it on my small blog if I truly thought it was a good e-book, it doesn't matter how much I liked him. But I believed I a minimum of owed it to him to see it before it launched.

For years, individuals have been asking me to create a “newbie” help guide to true affiliate marketing. Not “wham, bam, thank you ma’am” but building real, true affiliate brands (think personal brands like Sugarrae or business affiliate brands like BBGeeks.)

Nick’s book, Traffic and Trust, I shit explore, is the book I'd wrote basically weren’t too lazy busy to write it.
