Get Rid of Tummy Fat Tips - Fit Yummy Mummy ReviewIn order to help you get rid of tummy fat, I came across The Fit Yummy Mummy system, created by Holly Rigsby. She has aimed it specifically at mothers who wish to regain their pre-birth shape - who can perhaps better that if their pre-birth shape needed improving. After watching Holly's introductory video (an engaging 15-20 minute piece on her story and postnatal tummy fat loss or "mommy belly" as she likes to say) I thought this to be a worthwhile product to write a review about.
As a former Personal Trainer I'm well aware of fitness and weight loss products overly promoting either the exercise or nutrition part of an approach to fat loss and a healthy body. So I was pleasantly surprised to hear Holly's 3 main tips with regard to getting rid of tummy fat after having a child - she has presented a well written, realistic and relatively easy to follow guide for mothers to use effectively. As she incidentally became a Personal Trainer after dramatically slimming down from having children, I can relate and give credit to her ideas, not only for shaping up but for helping women regain any potential self-esteem and confidence lost after childbirth.
The main product is a 110 page guide taking you through in detail what the system offers and explains how a little basic self-discipline is required (as is for any personal goal and aim) so you stick to her advice and get the results you want. I am aware that many products seem to forget this important message, promising instantly ridiculous results with zero effort from the individual. Holly's nutrition side of things is based on mixing and matching 4 different basic plans over 16 weeks (not starvation diets!), with each section trying to get you to learn 7 good eating habits - you learn a couple each time you get to each plan so that hopefully by the end you are following all of them and eating sensibly and healthily.
In terms of fitness, she has logically suggested only 90 minutes a week in total (30 minutes per session or two 15 minute sessions), and you get taken through a variety of different schedules you can follow so you can fit it round your weekly activities. The exercises are all relatively easy, no scary exercises with huge weights, starting with body weight exercises using a medicine ball and exercise ball, then moving on to use some dumbbells as well (you could use bottles of water if you don't want to get any dumbbells). You are given an introductory set of workouts if you haven't exercised in years, with beginner, intermediate, advanced and some bonus advanced workouts too. So you have a nice progression over the 16 week programme and can build up to the advanced workouts.
The Fit Yummy Mummy system does offer a free starter pack and lots of bonuses so I'd advise you to read bonus reports 1 & 2 from her manual then save the rest for a few months down the line when you have taken action on the main content (her bonuses slightly repeat themselves). All the templates and information you need are at the back of the guide, so you get a fitness journal template and menu templates, a sample shopping list and an exercise library where the author illustrates every exercise and walks you through it. The Deluxe program gives you 60 days free access to Club FYM which is a membership site that gives you new workouts every month - although quite good I think you can get reasonable results without this.
Overall, Holly gives great customer support (quick, friendly responses to your emails) offering an 8 week refund policy, and the best thing about her program is that it is basically a solid plan to follow for both eating and exercise, so I would recommend it. Any mother who's had children and wants to lose tummy fat will absolutely love it.
